30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return Email us at hello@kitverified.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@kitverified.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
